Nice, I really like the subtle flow of her body without it ending in an over exaggerated pose. 
I think there is something wrong with her head though, maybe the jawline is too round and maybe the ear isn't placed right? (But I'm really not an expert on that.)
What I can say however is that her flowing hair stretches her head shape in a way, that the eye reads it as too big or too egg like.
